FIRST APPOINTMENT
After assessment we manage all painful structures first by applying gentle movements and pressures. Ice, heat and bandages may be applied. Once pain is managed movements become easier.
SECOND APPOINTMENT
We facilitate painfree movements by alleviating the bonds and internal scars which stretch affected tissues away from their natural positions, finished by a strong massage to flush away cellular debris.
THIRD APPOINTMENT
Prior treatments will demonstrate dramatic improvements to restricted functional abilities now. Building on this, we focus on your ease and precision of movement, by lengthening muscles and improving joint flexibility.
FOURTH APPOINTMENT
We will conduct specialist stretches to improve flexibility over the major joints across the arms and legs. We loosen the lower back and ensure you are ready to return to gentle athletic activities.
FIFTH APPOINTMENT +
Expect to continue receiving reliable, effective and efficient holistic care. If there are any residual corrections to be made we will address them but by now the injury should be fully healed.
